01. Discovery
We walk the site, inventory what exists, read the lease and the floor plan, and establish the constraints that actually govern the schedule — access hours, landlord rules, carrier lead times, and the date the business has to be working.
02. Design
A documented design and a written scope: what goes where, what it connects to, what it costs, and what is deliberately excluded. Priced before anything is ordered.
03. Procurement
We buy through distribution on your behalf, track lead times and flag the long poles early. Internet circuits go first — carriers routinely quote 30 to 90 days, and a late circuit is the most common cause of a missed move date.
04. Deployment
Cabling, racks, network, servers, workstations, phones and A/V installed in the right order, on a schedule built around your operating hours rather than ours.
05. Cutover
Scheduled for a window the business can absorb, tested in advance, with a defined way back if something behaves unexpectedly. Someone from Busch Technologies is on site — not on call.
06. Handover
Documentation, labelling, credentials and as-built records delivered to you, then a settling-in period where we stay close before the environment moves onto normal support.
