Free License Audit

Free License Audit

We’ve saved clients 5–15%. See what your stack could look like.

Most firms buy software at list price, renew automatically, and never notice the seat count drifting. Send us your last invoice and we will look at it properly. You get a one-page audit back. No call. No obligation. Across the stacks we manage, we’ve saved clients 5–15%. Results depend on what you run and how you buy it today, and if buying direct is the better deal, we’ll tell you.

Same product. Same logins. Same data. One invoice from a company that answers the phone. Nothing changes except the bill.

How it works

01 — Send the invoice. Your most recent invoice for 1Password, Dropbox, Keeper, LastPass or Microsoft 365. A PDF, a screenshot or a forwarded email all work.

02 — We audit it. We check the seat count against what you actually use, the tier against what you actually need, the term against what you are paying, and the price against ours.

03 — You get one page back. It says what you pay now, what you would pay through Busch Technologies, and what to change either way.

What you get

  • What you pay today, per seat and per year, in plain figures.
  • Idle seats — licenses assigned to people who left, or never logged in.
  • The right tier and term — most firms are on a tier they do not use or a monthly term that costs more than annual.
  • The exact price through Busch Technologies, on one monthly invoice, with the vendor unchanged.
  • A straight answer. Across the stacks we manage, we’ve saved clients 5–15%. Results depend on what you run and how you buy it today, and if buying direct is the better deal, we’ll tell you.

Who it is for

Businesses in the United States with roughly 10 to 100 seats, paying a vendor directly at published prices. We publish savings on 1Password (10 seats or more), Dropbox Business (6 or more), Keeper (12 or more) and LastPass (15 or more). Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace get a written quote rather than a published percentage. Below those sizes we still look, and we still tell you the truth, but the audit may say “stay where you are.”

Send your invoice

The simplest route is email. Send it to hello@buschtech.com with your company name in the subject, or reply to the confirmation email if you have already used one of our calculators.

Send your invoice

No call. No obligation. Keep the audit either way.

The reassurance, once more

Same product. Same logins. Same data. One invoice from a company that answers the phone. Nothing changes except the bill.

FAQ

Is the audit really free?

Yes. There is no fee and no obligation. Across the stacks we manage, we’ve saved clients 5–15%. Results depend on what you run and how you buy it today, and if buying direct is the better deal, we’ll tell you.

What happens to my invoice after I send it?

It is stored in a private folder that only Busch Technologies can open. It is never uploaded to a marketing system. If we do not end up working together, it is deleted 90 days after the conversation ends.

Does anything change for my staff?

No. Same product, same logins, same data. The vendor stays the vendor. What changes is who sends the invoice and who answers the phone when there is a billing question.

How do you make money if I pay less?

We buy through authorized distributors at partner pricing and pass part of the saving to you; the rest is our margin. We are an authorized reseller for each product we publish a figure on.

Do I have to move all my software to you?

No. Start with one vendor. Most firms add a second once the first invoice arrives and nothing broke.

Is the number on your calculator a quote?

No. It is an estimate against the vendor’s published price. The audit is the quote, and it is based on your actual invoice.
