Busch Technologies Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

Forms, analytics and invoices you send us

Forms. When you submit a form on this site we record what you entered, together with your IP address and the time of submission, so we can reply and detect abuse. Form submissions create a contact record in HubSpot, our customer-relationship system, and send an email to us. We use that record to respond to you and, if you become a client, to manage your account. We do not sell it.

Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. If you have accepted HubSpot tracking, HubSpot places a cookie that links your visits to your contact record; you can decline it or clear it at any time.

Invoices and documents you send us. If you send us a vendor invoice for a licence audit or quote, it is stored in a private folder accessible only to Busch Technologies staff. It is not uploaded to HubSpot or any marketing system. If we do not go on to work together, it is deleted 90 days after our last correspondence. If we do, it is kept as part of your account records.

Email. Every marketing email we send includes our postal address and a way to opt out. Opt-out requests are honoured within ten business days and recorded so we do not contact you again. Transactional emails — replies to your enquiry, invoices, account notices — are not marketing and are sent regardless.
