No — it is an estimate built from the figures you enter. We verify your account and the services actually on it before issuing anything you could sign.
What if our numbers do not clear the threshold?
Then we say so. Below a certain size, buying direct is genuinely the better deal for you, and we would rather tell you that than sell you the worse one.
